VinNoir Latex Gift Card – Terms & Conditions

1. Definition & Use of Gift Card
A “Gift Card” is a digital voucher issued by VinNoir Latex (“we”, “us”, “our”) that carries a prepaid value and can be redeemed for goods on our online store. The Gift Card code will be delivered via email once the purchase is complete.
The card can be used towards any product listed on our site (including custom orders and personalized creations) unless otherwise stated.

2. Redemption & Payment
The Gift Card value remains in the currency of purchase and is applied at checkout. If the order total exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining balance must be paid using one of our accepted payment methods.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for a non-monetary equivalent.

3. Validity & Expiration
The Gift Card carries no hidden fees or activation costs. Unless required by law, it never expires and retains its full value until redeemed.

4. Restrictions

• The Gift Card is non-transferable (unless given as a gift by the purchaser) and must not be resold or offered on third-party marketplaces.

• It cannot be applied toward shipping costs, taxes, or duties unless literature accompanying the card specifically states otherwise.

• It cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

• Lost, stolen or unauthorised use of a Gift Card cannot be replaced; treat the code as cash.

5. Custom & Personalisation Orders
When redeeming a Gift Card for a custom-made item, the card value can be applied toward the deposit or final payment of the custom piece. For clarity:
If the total price of the piece is greater than the card value, the remainder must be covered by the purchaser by another payment method.

6. Liability & Fraud Prevention
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any liability arising from misuse of the Gift Card, fraudulent redemption, or failure to safeguard the redemption code.

7. Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of our business. We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time; changes shall apply only to Gift Cards purchased after the change.
